One Nottingham Board Elections Result
One Nottingham governance changes meant that there were more places on the ON Board for the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS).
Nottingham Council for Voluntary Service (NCVS) and Nottingham Equal facilitated an election process on behalf of One Nottingham which resulted in a record number of 24 candidates putting themselves forward for:
A place to represent the VCS as a whole;
A place for Faith representative;
A place for a BME representative.
The result which was announced at the One Nottingham Board meeting on the 29th January was:
VCS -
Mark Bowyer – Broxtowe Partnership Trust / Forest Fields Neighbourhood Centre
Faith -
Peter Hill – The Archdeacon of Nottingham – The Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham
BME -
Andrew Campbell – Afro-Caribbean and Asian Forum
